Kalae
Kalae is an upcoming luxury condominium in the Ward Village neighborhood of Kaka'ako, Honolulu. It was very recently approved in August of 2022, and it is set to be located on the front row parcel of the Ward Village neighborhood directly across from Kewalo Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. As a result, residents of Kalae will have unmatched views of the sprawling and sparkling blue Pacific Ocean, as well as of Ala Moana Beach Park, Kewalo Harbor, and the surrounding cityscape.
Kalae is also set to feature a variety of luxurious amenities, including tens of thousands of open and recreation spaces, ground-level commercial space, pools, a spa, an amenity deck on all levels, and much more. This project will bring 330 new homes to the area.

Alia
Alia is the 9th residential project that will be added to the Our Kaka'ako neighborhood in Western Honolulu. This gorgeous tower will add 3500 square feet of ground-level commercial space to the neighborhood, as well as bring 477 new homes to the area. Developing this project is the Kobayashi Group, which has developed local projects such as Park Lane, One Ala Moana, and Hokua- all of which are incredibly popular luxury condominiums in Honolulu.
The project is set to begin construction sometime in 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2026, with units beginning to sell in late 2022. Though there are limited details known about this project, we can expect 1BR-3BR units with views of the Pacific Ocean, the surrounding cityscape, and the Ko'olau Mountains.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Honolulu
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Honolulu is an upcoming ultra-luxury mixed-use condo-hotel located in Midtown Ala Moana, just down the street from the Ala Moana Center and Ala Moana Beach Park. Residents of this building will experience the most luxurious and high-class living conditions with access to a large number of private amenities (in addition to amenities also open to hotel guests), a restaurant run by a Michelin-level chef, gorgeous contemporary finishes throughout the entire property, and much more. The Residences plans to bring 99 ultra-luxury residential units to the area, in addition to 125 guest suites and hotel rooms.
The condos within The Residences are expected to range from 1425-2400+ square feet in size, feature 2BR/2BA and 3BR/3.5BA units, and have picturesque views of the surrounding cityscape, the Pacific Ocean, and the mountains.

The Park on Ke'eaumoku
One of the physically larger projects coming to the Ala Moana neighborhood is The Park on Ke'eaumoku, which plans to bring 88000 square feet of commercial space as well as 2 42-story buildings housing 972 new condos total. On top of this, this project plans to implement a variety of incredible amenities such as a pool, movie theater, co-working space, spas, and more.
This project's location also makes it an incredibly desirable residential spot, with walking-distance access to the Ala Moana Center, Target, Sam's Club, Walmart, and Foodland Farms, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafés. For those who don't wish to walk far, though, The Park on Ke'eaumoku's Liona Street Tower will feature 11 different food vendors in their ground-level Food Hall.

The Park at Ward Village
One of the latest additions to the Ward Village lineup is The Park at Ward Village, which is located at 1240 Ala Moana Boulevard. This is a 41-story condominium planned to feature gorgeous contemporary finishes, stunning landscaping and outdoor scenery, and great amenities (including pools, a spa, a tennis court, a fitness center, and much more).
Likewise, this project's location in Ward Village means residents have access to all Ward Village amenities, including Victoria Ward Park, the largest Whole Foods Market in the state of Hawai'i, as well as Kewalo Harbor and Ala Moana Beach Park- all within walking distance of this residence.
