Located a short walk away the famous Waikiki Beach in Honolulu is the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Waikiki Beach, a luxury high-rise complex housing 552 luxury makai-facing condos. This incredible area offers a wide array of activities, neighborhood amenities, and breathtaking island views- All within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton Residences. Two towers are featured in this complex- The Ewa Tower (or Tower 1), which was completed in early-mid 2016, and the Diamond Head Tower (or Tower 2), which was completed in late 2018.
These buildings also feature limited penthouses that sit 350 feet above the downtown Honolulu streets and offer gorgeous visibility of O'ahu's blue skies, mountains, and stunning cityscape in addition to the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Although currently under construction, scheduled move-ins to these penthouse units are set for early 2023.
The Neighborhood
Being situated in the heart of Waikiki, The Ritz-Carlton Residences' residents have quick access to a plethora of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and parks. Beach lovers have access to Waikiki Beach and Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Beach Park, both of which are less than a mile away. Pet owners have very convenient access to a variety of parks as well, including Ainahau Triangle and Fort DeRussy Beach Park.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences are also located along the main luxary shopping strip on Kalakaua Avenue, which features designer brands such as Miu Miu, Saint Laurent, Chanel, Gucci, Moncler, and more. However, staple necessities stores and businesses are located on this street as well, including Bank of Hawai'i and Long's Drugs.
One of the highlights of living in this area is the proximity to the Ala Moana Center, which is the largest open-air shopping center in the world. This center hosts hundreds of designer stores, large chain stores and smaller shops, a cafeteria with many restaurants, and even year-round live performances. This is a popular hangout spot for those in the Ala Moana/Waikiki area, given that there are so many places to check out in the Ala Moana Center.
The nearest major grocery store locations are Foodland Farms in Ala Moana or Safeway on Kapahulu Avenue. One smaller grocery location is located on Hobron Lane, that store being Food Pantry in Eaton Square. There is also a Walmart, a Sam's Club, and Target located slightly North of the Ala Moana Center, all of which are roughly a 5-minute drive from the Ritz-Carlton Residences.

Features of the Residences
As previously mentioned, the Ritz-Carlton Residences are separated into two towers, the Ewa Tower and the newer Diamond Head Tower. Both of these towers house 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom unit configurations, and they are generally known to be pet-friendly (verify with the owner).
Some of the general features of the residences include Miele appliances, Oak wook flooring, walnut cabinetry, and marble countertops. Deluxe and Grand level residences feature ceiling heights of 8'4", the Premier levels feature 9' ceiling heights, and some of the Penthouse levels (the 37th and 38th floors) even feature massive 19' living room ceilings. Parking for the residences is located on the 3rd through the 6th floors, and there are no assigned parking spots for any of the units. Tenants can, however, rent a spot during their time at the Ritz-Carlton, while owners can use parking free of charge.
