Newest Kaka'ako Condo Project Releasing Soon - Kali'u

Recently approved by Kamehameha Schools is Kali'u, the newest addition to the master project lineup for the Kaka'ako residential community. Kali'u will stand 400 feet tall, offer 330 market-priced homes, and will also bring 42,000 square feet of commercial space that will offer new retail, grocery, and dining options for the Kaka'ako neighborhood.
This recent endeavor to re-develop "Block G" in Kaka'ako will be spearheaded by local real estate investment firm ProsPac, who will work to expand Kamehameha Schools' mission of continuing to create a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable community.
Kali'u will be located adjacent to SALT at Our Kaka'ako, which currently hosts a variety of cafés, restaurants, and shops, and other businesses. Being located in the heart of Kaka'ako also means that residents of this building will have access to a variety of neigborhood amenities, such as being within walking distance of the largest Whole Foods in the state of Hawai'i, as well as being within walking distance of Ala Moana Beach Park, the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and much more.
Though the details have yet to be released, taking example from Kali'u's neighboring buildings means that residents may be able to expect amenities like a pool, a spa, a fitness center, open recreation space, a community area, and more.
