Built in 2006, Hokua was the first real luxary condo in Honolulu, with many of the units being pre-purchased prior to the building's construction launch in 2003. Hokua is a 40-story condo housing 247 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom unit layouts, and it was developed by the MacNaughton Group, the Kobayashi Group, and A&B Properties.
Located in one of the most sought-after spots in all of Honolulu, Hokua has access to a variety of large shopping centers, movie theaters, restaurants, cafés, parks, and beaches.
