The Launiu will be the 11th Tower in Howard Hughes' Ward Village Master Plan, the Launiu, may be one of Oahu's most popular condo projects in 2023.  The Launiu at Ward Village's upcoming sales release may be your last chance to buy a unit in the front row Kakaako for most.  As you can see below The Launiu (486 units) will offer nearly 100 more units for sale compared to the proposed projects on the Ward Centers location on what's now called Block D & E (390 units combined).
