MODEA: Transforming Davies Pacific Center into a Modern Urban Oasis

Welcome to the future of urban living in Honolulu! Davies Pacific Center is undergoing a remarkable metamorphosis, evolving from a traditional commercial office building into a dynamic mixed-use development known as MODEA. This innovative project, spearheaded by Avalon Group and envisioned by Lowney Architecture, is set to redefine the cityscape by introducing 352 luxurious condos alongside vibrant communal spaces.

MODEA Pacific Davies

A Glimpse into the Past:

Davies Pacific Center stands tall as a testament to Honolulu's architectural heritage. Originally erected in 1972, this 22-story office tower has long been a prominent fixture in the city skyline. Boasting a robust reinforced concrete structure spanning 380,462 square feet, it has earned recognition as one of the largest commercial office buildings in the area. Over the years, the tower has undergone several renovations, including extensive updates in 2006 and 2021, to maintain its modern appeal.

In January 2023, Avalon Group acquired Davies Pacific Center with a bold vision for its future. Recognizing the demand for contemporary urban living spaces, they unveiled plans to reimagine the tower into a vibrant mixed-use community. Collaborating with Lowney Architecture, renowned for their innovative designs, the project aims to seamlessly blend modern luxury with the building's historic charm.
